My Coaching Values:

Three of my own ADHD traits shape the way I coach……

Empathy & Connection

I bring strong empathy and a genuine love of connection to every coaching conversation.

This creates a coaching style that’s relational, encouraging, and grounded in mutual understanding. We’re a team—working together toward your goals and desired outcomes.

Authenticity

I take your progress seriously.

I show up prepared, engaged, and intentional—bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to our work. My goal is always to use what I know about ADHD in the most practical, effective way to support you

Hope & Possibility

I’m a creative at heart, and I thrive on the challenge of helping you unlock your potential.

Many ADHDers have spent years trying to succeed in a world designed for neurotypicals—often masking or downplaying their true strengths. I believe there’s massive untapped potential beneath that conditioning.

The possibility of change, growth, and reconnection to who you really are—that’s what gets me out of bed in the morning.

My Coaching Method:

Understand your Brain

You can’t change what you’re not aware of.

That’s why building awareness—of your ADHD brain and how it shows up in your life—is the foundation of our work together.

This goes far deeper than what you’ll find in podcasts, research articles, or pop culture conversations about ADHD. We’ll explore your unique brain wiring and the life experiences that have shaped it.

No two ADHDers have the same brain or the same life. Understanding yours is something that can only happen in a one-on-one coaching relationship.

Strengths Based

By the time ADHDers seek coaching, they’re often painfully aware of what’s not working—what I call the ADHD Impact

What’s less obvious (but just as important) are the strengths and resources you already have. My coaching is rooted in helping you discover, reconnect with, and intentionally use your strengths and capabilities to get more of what you want.

ADHDers tend to have powerful strengths—and often know what they are. But aligning your environment, relationships, and workflow to support and amplify those strengths? That’s where the magic happens. And that’s what I’ll help you do.

Your Goals and Aspirations…

Our coaching sessions will always be grounded in what matters most to you—your goals, values, and motivations.

What do you want? Where do you want to go? And how does that align with the person you ultimately want to become?

ADHD traits can sometimes get in the way of pursuing what matters. But they can also be powerful assets when directed towards meaningful goals. ADHDers often have many ideas and goals all at once, so a key part of our coaching work is gaining clarity: What exactly are we working on, and how does it move you toward what you truly want?

Together, we’ll make sure your efforts support the vision you have for yourself.

Your Goals are our Direction

Your Goals and Aspirations…

Understand your past. Customise your present. Unlock your potential.
