About Me

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my early 40s—something I hadn’t expected, but which quickly brought clarity to many aspects of my life, past and present. Since then, I’ve been on a journey of aligning my life with how my ADHD brain truly works—its strengths, its challenges, and my vision for the person I want to be.

That journey led me to ADHD Coaching. After 25 years as an Osteopath helping people reach their health goals, I’ve shifted my focus to helping adults with ADHD navigate their own path forward. My background in neuroscience and brain function—once used to treat pain—is now used to better understand the unique wiring and chemistry of the ADHD brain.

Different context. Same brain.

In 2024, I completed a 9-month training with the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA) in New York, where I deepened my understanding of both ADHD and coaching. I loved every moment of it—and now I bring that passion to the work I do with clients.

The work i do with Adult ADHDers is powered by a heart to help and a curiosity of what better might look like for each client and how I might best help them get there!

My coaching style is relational and collaborative. I combine compassion and strategy, science and playfulness, with tailored tools that honour the uniqueness of each client’s ADHD experience.

I’d love to connect and support you on your ADHD journey.
